Return Period and Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawalwhen purchasing physical products through the webshop.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or another person (excluding the carrier), receive the item in physical possession.

You must provide a clear notice that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

The return must be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days afteryou have notified us of your decision to withdraw.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, or may be partially forfeited, in the following cases:

• Certification, training, consulting, business start-up assistance, or other servicesthat begin immediately after purchase,

• Digital content or materialsdelivered electronically,

• Any service where the customer has expressly requested immediate commencementand has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is forfeited once the service has begun.
  
  

By completing the purchase, the customer explicitly agrees that:

• certification and business start-up assistance may begin immediately, and

• the right of withdrawal for these services is waived once delivery or commencement has started.
  
  

Business Customers (B2B)

Purchases made as part of a business or professional activityare considered business-to-business (B2B)transactions.

For B2B purchases:

• No statutory right of withdrawal applies, unless explicitly agreed in writing.

• This applies to laser equipment, certification, training, and business start-up assistance.
  
  

Conditions for Returning Products (Physical Goods Only)

To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal:

• The product must be unusedand in the same condition as received.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and materials.

• Products that have been used beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and function may be rejected or subject to a deductionreflecting the loss in value.
  
  

Certification, training, digital materials, and business start-up assistance are non-refundableonce commenced.
