Prevention Based on Documentation and Experience

The purpose of this protocol is simple: Prevention. It is scientifically documented that regular exercise is one of the most powerful tools against more than 35 different illnesses - including depression, anxiety, and lifestyle diseases. I rely on facts from sources like the WHO, but having walked this path for decades, I also have my own documentation: I know that it works. I have felt firsthand how this plan prevents small imbalances from escalating before medication becomes necessary.

An Uncompromising Rhythm and Fueling for Sovereignty

My body doesn’t know the difference between a weekday or a holiday. I go to bed and wake up at the same time - every single day, year-round. I avoid the cheap temptations of the system and choose whole grains and products with the Scandinavian "Green Keyhole" label.

My diet and supplements focus on lightness and maximum cellular energy:

  • Protein & Veggies: I primarily eat white meat (chicken, turkey, fish) combined with plenty of vegetables to keep inflammation low.
  • Biological Building Blocks: I supplement with psyllium husks (fiber), probiotics, Vitamin D, Cod Liver Oil, K2, CoQ10, Zinc, Magnesium, Ginger, and B-vitamins.
  • Creatine: I take creatine daily to ensure optimal energy for my muscles and to support my mental focus.

I combine this with 16 hours of daily fasting150 minutes of high-intensity exercise weekly, strength training twice a week, and cold showers every other day.

Even though my discipline is ironclad, I am a social person. My relationships are a vital part of my health, and my lifestyle provides the mental energy needed to be present for others. Freedom is also about balance; once a week, I let go and enjoy sweets or other temptations. This "release valve" ensures that my foundation is strong enough to support a day of pure enjoyment and social connection.
